The shop
A South Bethlehem shop built around imports — and everything else in the driveway.
Alex Foreign Motors started with European cars, the kind other shops in the Lehigh Valley were happy to send somewhere else. Word travelled, and the work grew: German and Japanese imports first, then the domestic trucks and family SUVs that belonged to the same customers.
Today the building on Ontario Street holds mechanical bays, a body and paint operation and a detail bay, so a car damaged on Route 378 can be diagnosed, repaired, refinished and polished without ever leaving our floor.
